Because we utilize Guest Checkout, we collect only the minimal data required to deliver our professional services and generate legal invoices:

• Customer Information: Full name, corporate email address, contact telephone, company / business name.
• Transaction Records: Order identifier, purchased service, amount, payment provider reference ID, invoice PDF archive.
• Inquiry Submissions: Contact form details and correspondence history.

Note: We never store payment card numbers, CVVs, or bank security credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed by certified third-party payment providers.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use collected information strictly to:

• Fulfill and execute requested HR consultancy and employer lead-generation services;
• Verify transactions server-side and generate compliant PDF invoices;
• Maintain mandatory corporate audit and accounting ledgers;
• Respond directly to business inquiries.

4. Secure Storage & Invoices

Generated invoice PDFs are stored securely and are never exposed via predictable or public directory listings. Access to order history and audit logs is restricted to authenticated administrative staff.
