By browsing the JA Consultancy website (jaconsultancy.eu), engaging our HR consultancy services, or commissioning lead generation campaigns, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or submit orders.

2. Scope of Services

JA Consultancy operates strictly in two primary B2B service domains:

• HR Consultancy: Providing practical organizational reviews, workforce diagnostics, job descriptions, and compliance advisory for Serbian and European employers.
• Lead Generation for Genuine Employers: Targeted research and business outreach to connect legitimate employers with verified commercial opportunities and corporate partners.

Disclaimer of Guarantees: JA Consultancy does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, candidate acceptances, visa approvals, or government authorisations. All services are advisory and research-based.

3. Mandatory Payment & Order Verification

Full payment is mandatory before any consultation is scheduled or any lead generation campaign commences. Payment must be verified independently by our server systems. An order is not confirmed until a verified PAID status is established and an official PDF invoice is generated.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, truthful company information, authorized contact details, and legitimate operational background during checkout and intake briefings. JA Consultancy reserves the right to decline or terminate services for any client engaging in unlawful recruitment practices or misrepresentation.

5. Invoicing & Taxes

Automated official PDF invoices (formatted as JA-INV-2026-XXXXXX) are generated immediately upon verified settlement. B2B transactions are processed in Euro (EUR) under applicable Serbian and European commercial practices.

6. Intellectual Property

All bespoke reports, diagnostics, and customized templates created for a client become the client's property upon full settlement. Proprietary research methodologies, website code, and branding remain the exclusive property of JA Consultancy.
